1月中旬あたりから求人票を見張っておく
ウィンターシーズンは6月〜9月末まで。
一番求人が多くなるのはおそらく2月頭かと思いますが、1月中旬頃から求人をチェックすると仕事がもらえる確率が高くなります。
仕事探しアプリ「Jora job」でスキー場を指定し、毎日チェックしましょう。
スキー場の名前は以下の通りです。

Falls Creek （最大の雪山）
Perisher （物凄く人が多く忙しい）
Thredbo
